Vintage technology is awesome. The designs are beautiful and preserving the era of technology that predates the internet is important to Analog Canada. It’s why we exist. That said, the items on this website are intended as props for set dressing purposes only. While many of our items can function when connected to electrical power, care and caution needs to be used should you choose to do so, in order to protect both the item’s safety and yours. It is advised to find online, and read the original equipment manufacturer’s user manual - particularly the parts about safety. By renting an item it is assumed you know how to use it safely, and will do so. Never leave a vintage item plugged in unattended regardless of whether it is switched on or off. As beautiful as it is may appear, decades old technology can’t be expected to function as if new, regardless of its physical condition. Any use of our items, particularly connecting any item to electrical power is done solely at the clients' own risk. We look forward to seeing how you find creative ways to use our rental stock.
